QUINOA LADOO

Serves    : 4

INGREDIENTS
Quinoa -     1/2 cup
Crushed almonds  - 1/2 cup
Crushed cashew nuts  -  1/2 cup
Crushed walnuts  -  1/2 cup
Dates      -  10 pieces
Ajwain /carom seeds   - 1/4 tsp
Clarified butter /  butter  -    1/2 tsp

METHOD
Soak quinoa for half an hour and also soak dates for half an hour and make  the paste of dates
Add clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
Add soaked quinoa and stir while cooking till ghee leave the pan
Add carom seeds,almonds,cashew nuts,walnuts,dates paste and mix well and mix well.
Spread the mixture in a plate.
Once cooled,we makr a ladoo.
