APPLE CARROT AND GINGER JUICE

 INGREDIENTS 
 Carrot - 1 chopped 
Apple - 1 chopped 
Ginger - 1 inch stick chopped 
Salt - to taste 
Black salt - 1/2 tsp 
 Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp 
Lemon juice - 1 tsp 

 METHOD 
 Wash carrot and apple chop into pieces . 
Wash Ginger,peel the skin,chop into pieces, 
 Add salt,Black salt,Black pepper and chaat masala and some water and blend to make a paste and strain it 
Squeeze lemon juice serve it fresh.








TWO IN ONE CAKE

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour / maida       -    1.5 cup
Sugar powder              -   1.5 cup
Milkmaid           -  1 cup
Vanilla essence      -  1 tbsp
Baking powder      -  1 tsp
Salt                  -  a pinch
Choco chips  -   1 tbsp
Cocoa powder       -  4 tbsp
Fresh cream       -     1 cup
Cherry - 2
METHOD
Sieve all purpose flour / maida ,cocoa powder,salt and baking powder together.
Take a mixing bowl add fresh cream,sugar powder and hung curd mix until creamy and fluffy.
Add vanilla essence,all purpose flour, salt and baking powder and mix well.
Divide the batter into two parts.
Mix cocoa powder in one part of the batter.
Preheat oven into 180 degree C.
Grease and dust with flour a nine inch round baking cake pans.
Pour the plain batter i and cocoa powder batter nto the dish.Bake for 50 mins in the preheated microwave oven.
Check by inserting a knife if it comes out clear it done.
Now the two in one cake is ready.

Now the delicious chocolate and plain sponge cake is ready spread the  fresh cream icing from one side and chocolate icing from other side and garnish with choco chips .and cherry





SATTU SHARBAT

INGREDIENTS
Roasted gram flour / sattu   -  4 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly-  1/4 tsp
Black salt  - 1/2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Roasted cumin seeds powder   -  1 tsp
Lemon juice   -  2 tsp
Mint leaves  - 2 tbsp
Water  -  2 glass

METHOD
Take a blender and add all above listed ingredients and blend it.
Pour the mixture on the serving bowl
Serve chilled.

PANEER LABABDAR

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins

INGREDIENTS 

 Paneer     -  250 gms
Chopped onion     -   1
Butter      -  2 tbsp
Fresh cream    -  1 tbsp
Ginger garlic    -   1 tbsp
Tomato puree    - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds powder   -  1 tsp
Coriander powder   -   1 tsp
Red chilly powder  -  1 tsp
Turmeric powder   -   1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder  -    1 tsp
Lemon juice   -   2 tbsp
Salt       -   to taste
Oil      -   2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves     -   1 tsp

METHOD
Marinate cottage cheese / paneer with lemon and salt.
Keep half an hour.
Heat butter and oil in a pan.
Add marinated paneer / cottage cheese and fry it.
Strain and keep aside.
Again heat butter and oil in a same pan.
Add chopped onion and fry till light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for  one mins.
Add cumin seeds powder,coriander powder.red chilly powder,turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water.
Add tomato puree and mix well.
Add cottage cheese / paneer pieces and cream and mix well.
Cover it and cook well for 5 - 6 mins.
Add coriander leaves and garam masala powder.











NUTRICHUNKS BIRYANI

INGREDIENTS
Gobind bhog rice   - 1 cup
Soya chunks - 1.5 cup
Chopped onion      -  1 medium
Green cardamom     - 2
Black cardamom    -  1
Cloves     - 2- 3
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Black pepper corns - 2 - 3
Star anise - 1
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Clarified butter / ghee    -   4 tbsp
Salt   -    to taste

METHOD
Soak soya chunks in a water for half an hour now boil for five mins and take off.
Heat clarified butter in a pan add whole garam masala to crackle.
Add bay leaf,cumin seeds,cloves,cinnamon and black pepper powder
Add onion and saute till slightly brown,add ginger garlic paste and mix well
Add boiled soya chunks  and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
Now add coriander powder,red chilly powder and turmeric powder and two spoon water and mix well
Add water and cook in a low flame for  15 mins.
Soak rice for half an hour and strain it
Bring the water to boil,add green chilly,cumin seeds,one tbsp  shudh ghee,salt and rice make half done rice

Evenly spread the half done rice and fried onion,coriander and mint leaves and  to form at least two layer.
Soak the saffron in hot milk and add saffron milk.
Add cinnamon powder and fried onion  and cover the lid
Tightly cover the pan and cook 7 - 8 mins.
Add kevra  water before serving.
Serve hot with raita and chutney.
