All purpose flour- 2 cup
Yellow urad dal- 1/2 cup
Rava- 2 tbsp
Carom seeds- 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds- 1/4 tsp
Green chilly- 1
Ginger- 1 inch of piece
Clarified butter- 2 tbsp
Oil- for frying
Salt- to taste
METHOD
Soak urad dal for 4-5 hours. Wash and add urad dal in the blender with green chilly and ginger to make a fine paste.
Take a large bowl. Add all purpose flour, rava, clarified butter, carom seeds, onion seeds, salt and urad dal paste and mix it well.
Make a dough with little water, Keep it aside for 30 mins, Divide the dough into balls. And roll out small puris out of them
.Heat oil in a medium flame to deep fry kachori.
Serve hot with aloo tamatar sabji

Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Grated mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Oregano - 1/4 tsp
Garlic butter - 50 gms
Oregano - 1 tsp
Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Fresh malai - 2 tbsp
INGREDIENTS
Take a large bowl add wheat flour,salt and mix well.
With the help of little water make a soft dough.
Make a thick chapati
Heat the pan and cook the chapati both the sides
Spread the tomato sauce on the chapati
Take a bowl add garlic butter, fresh malai and mayonnaise and mix well.
Now add capsicum , onion,black pepper,salt and oregano and mixed well.
At the top add mozzarella cheese.
Grease the pan with butter and place the chapati
Cook covered till the cheese melts
Sprinkle chilly flakes.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Black gram without skin / urad dhuli dal - 1/4 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Suji - 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilly - 2 - 3
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Wash and soak urad dal / black gram without skin for 3 - 4 hours.
Then drain urad dal completely.
In a blender add dhuli urad dal,green chilly and ginger and blend coarsely.
Not too smooth not very coarse.
Mix coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and salt.
In a kneading bowl mix together wheat flour,suji,salt,clarified butter / ghee and urad dal paste.
Add luke warm water little by little and make a soft dough.
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
Sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a rolling pin.
In a pan heat oil and add the kachori,lower the heat and fry till light brown.
Drain in paper napkin.
Serve hot with potato bhaji.
