SPRING ONION SESAME SEEDS PARATHA

 


Prep Time  : 20 mins
Cooking Time  : 15 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour    -     1 cup
Finely chopped spring onion  -  1 cup
Sesame seeds    -  2 tbsp
Carom seeds   -   a pinch.
Onion seeds   -    a pinch
Salt    -    to taste
Chopped green chilly  -   1
Curd   -   2 tsp
Oil   -   2 tbsp


METHOD
Wash and chop spring onion.
Spring onion are mixed in a wheat flour with salt,curd,green chilly,carom seeds,onion seeds,sesame seeds and one tbsp oil to make a soft dough with the help of a water.
On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.
Serve hot with subji .

BROKEN WHEAT CHEELA

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour         - 1 cup
Suji                      - 2 tbsp
Curd          -    1/2 cup
Chopped onion     - 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilly   - 2
Chopped coriander leaves  - 2 tbsp
Salt          -         to taste
Eno fruit salt  - 1 tbsp
Oil       -   2 tbsp
Water     -      as required

METHOD
Take broken wheat, suji and curd and blend into the blender to make a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan add onion, green chilly and saute for few mins,now add coriander leaves and turn off the flame, and mix in the batter.
Add one cup of water and salt to make thin batter,keep aside for 15 mins.
 And now add  eno fruit salt just before making cheela and again mix it well.
    Now heat  oil in a non stick pan and spread the mixture in a medium flame
. Flip when done on one side until golden brown.
    Serve hot with sauce..

SIRKA WALA PYAAZ

 


Prep Time : 15 mins

Serve : 8

INGREDIENTS
Baby onion  - 25
Water  - 1 cup
Vinegar - 1 cup
Black pepper  - 2 - 3
Cloves  -  2 - 3
Sugar  - 2 tsp
Salt  - 1 tsp
Chopped beetroot  - 1/2 cup
Green chilly  - 4 - 5 cut in a slit
Chopped ginger   -  2 - 3

METHOD
Using
 a knife  make a cross on the baby onions.
Heat water in a pan add black pepper,sugar,salt and cloves and bring to boil,once boiled add chopped beetroot and turn off the flame.
Once cooled strain it.
 All onion add into the jar and also add green chilly , ginger,  vinegar and beetroot water and keep in the fridge for 24 hours.
Now it is ready to serve.













CHEESE BURGER

INGREDIENTS
Burger bun  -   2
Grated cheese    -  1/2 cup
Garlic pods  - 2
Herbs  - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder   - 1/4 tsp
Butter  - 4 tbsp
Sweet corn    - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic pods  - 2


METHOD
Take a bowl add  butter  and grated garlic and mix well and mix well
Cut the burger in a top and spread garlic butter in the bun.
Now take a bowl add grated cheese,black pepper powder,herbs and sweet corn and mix well. and stuff this filling in the cut marks of bun.
Grease the pan with butter and place the bun and grill it.
Serve hot.













STRAWBERRY PARFAIT

Total Time- 15 mins
Serve- 2

INGREDIENTS
Thick yogurt- 2 cup
Honey- 1 tbsp
Strawberry compote - 1/2 cup
Cookies  - 6
Strawberry - 2

METHOD
Whisk the thick curd and honey.
Crush the cookies and add into the glass now add thick curd.
Add strawberry compote  and again add thick curd and at the top add cookies and strawberry
Serve chilled.

RED SAUCE PASTA

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
For pasta
Water  - 5 cup
Salt - to taste
Pasta  - 2 cup
For red sauce 
Tomato  - 5
Whole red chilly - 2
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic  - 2
Finely chopped onion - 1
Chilly flax  - 1 tsp
Herbs  - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder  - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp

METHOD 
Cook the tomato in a pan,add garlic cloves,onion in it.
Add water and season with salt .
When tamator boil turn off the flame,once cooled make a paste.
Now in other pan heat olive oil and add onion and garlic and also add tomato puree,cook until it reduce to half.,.Keep aside.
For pasta
Heat 1 tbsp oil and water in a pan.
Boil the pasts and strain it.
Toss the pasta with the tangy tomato sauce and serve immediately .
