NO BAKE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Prep Time : 50 mins Total Time : 50 mins Serve : 8 INGREDIENTS 1.Digestive biscuit - 200 gms 2.Sugarpowder - 4 tbsp 3.Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp 4.Coffee powder - 1 tsp 5.Milk - 2 tbsp 6.Butter - 2 tbsp 7.Chocolate sauce - 2 tbsp METHOD Step1. Take a blender add biscuit,2 tbsp sugar,cocoa powder,coffee powder and blend to make a powder. Step2. Add milk and butter in the biscuit powder and make a soft dough. Step3.Grease the plastic sheet and roll the biscuit dough tightly . Step4. Wrap in the plastic sheet and keep in the fridge for an hour. Step5. Cut the pieces and dip into the chocolate sauce and serve.

COCONUT WATER VIRGIN MOJITO

Prep Time :15 mins Total Time : 15 mins Serve : 2 INGREDIENTS 1.Coconut water - 1 cup 2. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp 3. Sugar powder - 4 tbsp 4. Black salt - 1/2 tsp 5. Mint leaves - 1 tbsp 6.Lemon chunks - 2 lemon 7. Ice cubes - 1 bowl METHOD Step1. Take a glass add mint leave and lemon chunks and crush it. step2, Now add black salt,sugar powder and squeeze lemon juice and mix it well. Step3. Now add ice cubes and coconut water .Step4. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon chunks. Step5. Serve chilled.

COCONUT WATER POMEGRANATE MOJITO

Total Time : 15 mins 
 Serve : 2 

 INGREDIENTS 
 1.Coconut water - 1 cup
 2.Pomegranate juice - 4 tbsp 
 3.Pomegranate pearls - 2 tbsp
 4.Sugar powder - 2 tbsp 
 5. Black salt - 1/2 tsp 
 6. Mint leaves - 1 tbsp
 7. Lemon chunks - 2 lemon
 8. Ice cubes - 1 bowl

 METHOD 
Step1. Take a glass add mint leave,pomegranate pearls and lemon chunks and crush it. 
 Step2. Now add black salt,sugar powder and pomegranate juice and mix it well. 
 Step3. Now add ice cubes and coconut water. Step4. Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate pearls. 
Step5. Serve chilled.

VEG BURGER

Prep Time : 45 mins Cooking Time : 15 mins Serve : 2 INGREDIENTS 1. Boiled n mashed potato - 2 2. Rice flour - 2 tbsp 3. Chopped onion - 2 tbsp 4. Green chilly - 1 5. Grated ginger - 1 inch stick 6. Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp 7.Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp 8. 8. Salt - to taste 9. Oil - 2 tbsp 10. Cornflour - 2 tbsp 11. Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup 12. Hot and sweet tomato chilly sauce - 2 tbsp 13. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp 14. Burger bun - 2 15. Cheese slice - 2 METHOD Step1. Mash the boiled potatoes,add salt,ginger,green chilly,red chilly powder,cumin seeds powder,bread crumbs,rice flour and one tbsp hot and sweet tomato chilly sauce and corn flour and mix well. Step2. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness. Step3. All the balls are made in the same way. Step4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the veggie tikki in a medium flame. Step5. Cut the burger into the middle. Step6. Spread butter and shallow fry the burger .Step7. Add cheese slice ,potato tikki and hot and sweet chilly sauce and now cover with burger pieces serve hot.

DRY ALOO KI SUBJI

Prep Time : 15 mins Cooking Time : 15 mins Serve : 4 INGREDIENTS 1.Potatoes - 250 gms 2.Whole red chilly - 3 3.Thick curd - 2 tbsp 4.Fresh cream - 2 tbsp 5.Crushed whole coriander seeds - 1 tbsp 6.Crushed whole cumin seeds - 1 1 tbsp 7.Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp 8.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp 9.Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp 10.Green chilly - 1 cut in slit 11.Salt - to taste 12.Oil - 4 tbsp 13.Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp 14.Kashmiri mirch powder - 1/2 tsp 15.Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp METHOD Step1.Wash peel and cut the potatoes into two parts. Step2.Prick with fork and deep fry it. Step3.Keep aside. Step4.Dry roast the coriander seeds,cumin seeds and whole red chilly and make a powder or crush it Step5.Heat oil in a pan,add ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins. Step6.Add fried potato,fried and roasted whole red chilly,whole cumin seeds,whole coriander seeds,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,kashmiri red chilly powder and mix well. Step7.Also add fresh cream and curd and mix well Step7.Add salt and one cup of water and mix well. Step8.Cover it and cook for l ow flame for five mins. Step9.Garnish with green coriander leaves. Step10.Serve hot with chapati

PANEER NIMKI

 Cooking Time : 25 mins
 Serve : 2
 INGREDIENTS
 All purpose flour - 2 cup
 Paneer - 1/2 cup
 Paneer water - 1/2 cup
 Salt - to taste
 Oil - for frying

 METHOD
 Take a large bowl combine all purpose flour,paneer and salt and mix well
. Make a soft dough with the help of paneer water
. Add one tsp clarified butter and knead it again
 Divide the dough into equal size balls
 Roll out four thin chapati and cut into diamond shape
 Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer nimki until brown and crispy.

POMEGRANATE MOJITO

 2.Pomegranate juice - 4 tbsp 
3.Pomegranate pearls - 2 tbsp 
 4.Sugar powder - 2 tbsp 
 5. Black salt - 1/2 tsp 
6. Mint leaves - 1 tbsp 
 7. Lemon chunks - 2 lemon
8. Ice cubes - 1 bowl 

 METHOD
