INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower florets - 1 bowl
Chopped onion - 1/4 bowl
Chopped ginger - 2 tsp
Chopped garlic - 2 tsp
Chopped green chilly - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Corn flower - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
METHOD
Blanch the cauliflower florets.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add ginger garlic and saute for one mins.
Add green chilly and mix well.
Add onion and fry till transparent.
Add blanched cauliflower florets,turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
Soak corn flour in half cup of water and add in the cauliflower.
Cook for 2 - 3 mins.
Lastly we add lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
