INGREDIENTS
Dalia - 1 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Chopped carrot - 2
Chopped tomato - 1
Chopped onion - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 3 cup
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Soak dalia for half an hour
Heat clarified butter in a pressure cooker,add cumin seeds to crackle,add onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins,now add green peas and carrot and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add soaked dalia and salt and mix well,add three cup of water and cover the lid and pressure cook.
After one whistle simmer the flame and cook for ten mins.
Serve hot.
