PEAR RABRI


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time :15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Grated pear - 1 cup
Milk - 3 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 5 - 6
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Cherry - for garnishing

METHOD
Wash and grate the pear  with skin.
Boil milk in a heavy bottomed vessel on a medium flame,once boiled keep it in a low flame.
Add grated pear and cook stirring continuously and scraping the sides of the pan until thickens
Add sugar,cardamom powder,raisins and almonds
Turn off the flame,garnish with almonds and cherry.
