INGREDIENTS
Broken wheat/dalia - 1 cup
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Water - 4 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk - 3 cup
METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pressure cooker and saute for five mins in medium flame add four cup of water and boil in a pressure cooker.
Heat milk in a pan and add boiled dalia and sugar and cook for ten mins in a medium flame.
Turn off the flame.
