ALOO MATAR APPE

Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Suji - 1 tbsp
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
For stuffing
Boiled potatoes - 3
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Take a bowl combine wheat flour,all purpose flour,suji,salt and one tbsp clarified butter.
With the help of little water make a soft dough.
Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds to crackle,ad into
balls, boiled and chop potatoes and green peas and mix well.
Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and salt and saute for 4 - 5 mins,now stuffing is ready.
Divide the dough into  balls,take one ball and fill the potatoes and peas stuffing and seal the edges.
Heat the appe patra and grease it add the potato and peas ball and cover it and cook for 4 - 5 mins.
Flip[ it and cover the lid and cook 4 - 5 mins 0n slow flame.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
