HEALTHY CHEESE SANDWICH


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Bread - 8 slice
Grated carrot - 1/4 cup
Grated cabbage - 1/4 cup
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly flax - 1/2 tsp
Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
Full cream milk - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Butter - 50 gms

METHOD
Heat milk and cheese in a pan on a medium flame.
When cheese melt  into the milk add salt,black pepper powder  and all veggies and  cook for 5 - 6 mins.,turn off the flame.
Take a bread spread some butter and at the top add carrot and cabbage mixture and cover with other bread.
Grease butter in a pan and place the bread and cook from both the sides.
Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
