LEMON PICKLE

Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serve : 6

INGREDIENTS
Lemon - 8
Black salt - 1 tb sp
Salt - to taste
Whole black pepper - 1 tbsp
Cloves - 1/2 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Squeeze the lemon,wash and cut the lemon into 8 small pieces.
Dry roast the whole black pepper,cumin seeds,cloves and asafoetida,once cooled to grind coarsely and add in the lemon pieces.
Add salt and black salt into the lemon pieces and mix well.
Now add lemon juice and keep in the sunlight for 4 - 5 days.
Now your lemon pickle is ready to eat.
