GUAVA JAM


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 8

INGREDIENTS
Ripe guava  -   1 kg
Sugar  -   1 kg
Salt  -  a pinch
Lemon juice  -  2 tsp


METHOD
Wash the guava,pressure cook the guava with five cup of water
.Once cooled strain it
Boil the guava water with sugar at 15 mins in medium flame.
Stir occasionaly in a medium flame
When its thick like jam add lemon juice and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
Once cooled keep in the air tight container.
