LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN

Serve : 3
INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces  -  1 kg
Whole black pepper - 8 - 10
Green cardamom - 2 - 3
Black cardamom - 2
Cloves - 5 - 6
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Clarified butter - 4 tbsp
Green chilly - 4
Lemon juice - 1
Oil - 4 tbsp

METHOD
Take a blender add whole black pepper,cloves,cardamom powder,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder, and one tbsp water and ground coarsely
Add lemon juice,pinch of turmeric powder and salt in this paste and mix well.
Marinate chicken with this paste and keep aside for 3 - 4
Add oil in the pan  and add chopped green chilly, cloves, whole black pepper,cardamom powder and chopped ginger garlic in the pan and place the marinated chicken  pieces .
When cook on one side  turn the side and  put some cardamom powder,cloves powder and black pepper powder  and cook for ten mins.
Serve hot.










BANANA OATS CUPCAKE

 


Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 3 mins
Serve : 4 opp

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana finely mashed
3tbsp  oats powder 
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup jaggery powder 
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder 
Method:
1. Beat the peanut butter , jaggery powder, milk & mashed banana to gather.
2. Strain oats powder ,salt, baking powder, baking soda & cardamom powder.
3. Now add the dry ingredients gradually in to the wet mixture & beat again.
4. .Grease muffin cup with oil or butter & pour the mixture.
5.Bake for 5 minutes.

PANEER MALPUA

 


Prep Time  : 15 mins
Cooking Time  : 25 mins
Serve  -  4

INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 1 cup
All purpose flour  -2 tbsp 
Corn flour - 2tbsp 
Milk   - 1/2  cup
Clarified butter - for frying
Crushed cashew nuts   -  2 tbsp
Raisins   -   2 tbsp

For syrup
Sugar     -  1 cup
Water    -   1 cup
Cardamom powder   -  1/4 tsp

METHOD
Take a blender  add ,all purpose flour,milk, corn flour and paneer and blend it
Make a smooth batter.
Add raisins,cashew nuts and mix well
In a medium flame in pan add sugar and water bring to boil stir occassionaly bring into 1 string  consistency.
  Add cardamom powder in it.
Heat the clarified butter in a pan,reduce the flame to medium.
Add one spoon batter and cook till golden brown
Strain and soak the  malpua into the sugar syrup.
Serve hot.























BAINGAN BHARTA

 Serve : 2


 INGREDIENTS
 Baingan - 100 gms
 Chopped tomato - 1
 Chopped green chilly - 1
 Chopped green garlic leaves - 2 tbsp
 Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
 Oil - 1 tbsp
 Salt - to taste

 METHOD
 Take microwave safe bowl add peeled and chopped baingan and tomato sprinkle some water cover it and select for five mins
. When beeps.removes and mash the baingan and tomato very well.
 Heat oil ina pan add hing and cumin seeds to crackle now add chopped onion and saute for few mins. now add green garlic leaves,green chilly and coriander leaves and mix well.
 Add the mashed baingan and tomato and mix well cook for two mins
 Add salt and garnish with coriander leaves.






LAUKI PARATHA

Serve  :2


INGREDIENTS
Bottle gourd(lauki)     -500 gms
Ajwain                       - a pinch
Mangrail                    - a pinch
Salt                           - to taste
Oil                            - 2 tbsp
Wheat flour.         _   1 cup

Mint leaves   - 1 tbsp

Green chily  - 1

Turmeric powder  1/4 tsp

Red chilly powder  1/2 tsp

Clarified butter  -2 tsp for kneading the dough 
METHOD
     Wash the lauki and grate it,drain out its water

.Mix grated lauki, ajwain, mangrail,clarified butter, curd and salt in wheat flour and knead to make soft dough

. Divide the dough into equal size balls

.Flatten the balls into thick round parathas

.Grease the pan with little oil and heat on medium flame

.Make a paratha with one tbs of refined oil. When its colour is golden brown flip it and again grease the oil.
      Serve garma garam lauki paratha with tomato chutney
