INGREDIENTS
Custard - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 to caramalize
Milk - 2 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cherry for garnishing
METHOD
Heat a pan add 1/4 cup of sugar and stir continuously on a high flame.
Cook until the sugar melts and caramalize it,pour in the bowl.
Boil milk in a pan,take custard powder and sugar and add 1/2 cup of cold milk and mix well add in the milk and make custard.
Now custard is ready and add in the carmalized sugar bowl and steam for 25 mins.
Once cooled flip it.
Garnish with cherry and serve chilled.
