MINT SHARBAT

 


Prep Time  :  10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Mint leaves   -   1 cup
Sugar   -  1.2 cup
Water  -   2 glass
Roasted cumin seeds powder   -   1/4 tsp
Black salt  -  1/4 tsp
Lemon juice -  2 tbsp
Crushed ice   -   7 - 8

METHOD
Add mint leaves,sugar,roasted cumin seeds, lemon juice and black salt in the blender and blend it.
Take a glass, add crushed ice and pour the mint juice.
Garnish with mint / pudina leaves .
Serve chilled.
