HEALTHY PARATHA

 



Prep Time  : 25 mins
Cooking Time  : 15 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour  -  1 cup
Chopped capsicum -  2 tbsp
Chopped onion -  2 tbsp
Chopped spinach  -  2 tbsp
Chopped green chilly -  1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbs[
Salt  -  to taste
Chilly flax  -  1 tsp
Black pepper powcder  -  1/4 tsp
Sesame seeds -  1tsp
Onion seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Clarified butter-  4 tbsp

METHOD
Wash and chopped capsicum,onion,green chilly and coriander leaves.
Take a bowl add wheat flour,carom seeds,onion seeds salt and one clarified butter
and mix well.
Add little water to make a soft dough.
Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
Roll out the paratha
Now grease some clarified butter on the paratha and add capsicum,onion,green chilly and coriander leaves and sprinkle salt,onion seeds,sesame seeds ,black pepper powder and chilly flax.

Cook on hot pan applying clarified butter till both the sides are cooked.
Serve hot .
