PALAK PANEER KATHI ROLL

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour  -  1 cup
Palak puree  -  1/2 cup
Finely chopped green chilly  - 1
Cumin seeds powder  -  1/2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  4 tbsp
For stuffing
Grated paneer  - 100 gms
Finely chopped green chilly  - 2
Finely chopped onion  -  1
Finely chopped coriander leaves  -  2 tbsp
Red chilly powder  -  1/4 tsp
Hot and sweet tomato sauce  -  4 tbsp
Salt  -  to taste
Grated processed cheese  -  50 gms

METHOD
Take a mixing bowl combine wheat flour,palak puree,green chilly,cumin seeds powder,salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
With the help of water make a soft dough.
Divide the dough into thin chapati
Grease the pan on a medium heat and make paratha.
Spread one tbsp tomato sauce and add one tbsp paneer stuffing and  roll the paratha
Serve hot
