INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 250 gms
Tomato chopped - 2
Finely chopped onion - 1
Garlic cloves - 2
Green chilly - 1
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Cloves - 2
Ajwain/carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Butter - 1 tbsp
Cream - 1 tbsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Chopped capsicum - 1
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Marinate paneer cubes with fresh curd,red chilly powder and salt.
Take a blender add butter ,cream ,green chilly ,red chilly powder ,turmeric powder ,cloves ,garlic cloves ,ginger and sugar and blend it to make paste.
Heat clarified butter in tawa ,add carom seeds to crackle.
Add onion and saute until dark brown.
Add spices mixture,salt,garam masala powder and mix well now add tomato pieces and mix well.
Add chopped capsicum and cook for few mins.
Now add marinated paneer cubes and cook for five mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
