CARAMELIZED CAKE

 


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time  : 35 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour  -  100 gms
Sugar powder  -  100 gms
Sugar    -  125 gms
Butter  - 150 gms
Eggs   -  2
Baking powder  -  1 tsp
Milk  -  2 tbsp
Cashew nuts  -  150 gms
Almonds  -  150 gms
Raisins  -   150 gms
Lemon juice  -  1 tbsp
Vanilla essence  -  1 tsp


METHOD 
Heat sugar in a pan,stir evenly till sugar caramelize it turn off the flame .
Add milk, and one tbsp lemon juice
Now caramelized color is ready
Take a plate add cashew nuts ,almonds ,raisins and one tbsp all purpose flour and mix well.
Sieve the flour ,baking soda and baking powder.
Take a bowl add sugar powder ,butter and egg and mix well.
Mix until creamy and fluffy
Add all purpose flour and  vanilla essence and mix well
Add dry fruits and mix well
Now add caramelized color and mix well
Pour the batter into the baking dish.
Preheat oven for 180.c
Bake for 45 mins in the preheated oven.
Now the delicious caramelized cake is ready to eat.
