INGREDIENTS
Oats - 1cup
Suji - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
Chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
Chopped tomato - 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Grated paneer - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 1 cup
Oil - 4 tbsp
METHOD
Take oats and blend to make a powder.
Take a bowl combine suji,oats powder .curd, red chilly powder and salt and mix well,
Make a smooth batter with the help of water, keep aside for 30 mins
Finely chop the all vegetables
Heat non stick pan and grease with oil and spread one spoon batter.
Lower the heat put some veggies over the uttapam
Flip it when done on one side.
Garnish with grated paneer and serve hot with green chutney and sauce
