OATS CHEELA

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time  : 20 mins

Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Oats powder  -  1 cup
Besan  - 1/4 cup
Finely chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly  -  1/4 tsp
Finely chopped onion  -  2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves  -  1 tbsp
Salt  -- to taste
Oil  -  2 tbsp

METHOD
Take oats and blend to make a powder
Add oats flour,besan,chopped onion, salt ,carrot and one cup of water to make a  batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add one tbsp  batter and spread it.
Drizzle one tsp oil.
Flip it and cook both the sides.
Serve hot.
