INGREDIENTS
Chopped apple - 1
Chopped almonds - 6 - 8
Oats - 1/4 cup
Honey - 2tbsp
Cinnamon powder - apinch
METHOD
Wash and chop the apple crush the almonds
Take a blender add apple,Oats , cinnamon powder and crushed almonds and blend to make smooth.
Pour the apple nuts smoothie in the serving glass garnish with Oats and crushed almonds
