INGREDIENTS
Chapati - 4
Cottage cheese / paneer - 200gms
Thick curd - 1 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds - a pinch
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Black pepper - a pinch
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam masala - a pinch
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Green chutney - 2 tbsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Finely chopped shimla mirch - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Beat the thick curd.
Add all ingredients and one tea spoon oil and chat masala.
Add paneer and mix well.
Marinate it with one hour in a fridge
Heat oil in a non stick pan.
Place paneer tikka on the pan at a low heat.
Flip when done on one side until golden brown.
Paneer tikka is read
Make four chapatis.
Spread tomato sauce on half of the chapati and spread green chutney on half of the chapati.
Add all the veggies and paneer tikka.
Sprinkle oregano,black pepper and salt.
Wrap up the chapati.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add wrap chapati and saute for one to two mins
Then turn over for another side.to form a slightly crisp layer out side.
Serve hot.
