MUSHROOM TIKKA

Cooking Time :15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Mushroom - 200gms
Thick curd           - 1 cup
Red chilly powder    -  1/2 tsp
Coriander powder       -  1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder      -  1/2 tsp
Carom seeds      -  a pinch
Corn flour    - 2 tbsp
Black pepper   -  a pinch
Lemon juice    -  1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste  -  1 tsp
Garam masala    - a pinch
Chat masala     - 1 tsp
Oil   -  4 tbsp
Salt    -  to taste

METHOD
Wash mushroom in hot water and cut into two pieces,
Beat the thick curd.
Add all ingredients and one tea spoon oil and chat masala.
Add mushroom and mix well.
Marinate it with one hour in a fridge
Heat oil in a non stick pan.
Place mushroom tikka on the pan at a low heat.
Flip when done on one side until golden brown.
Mushroom tikka can be served as a strater or a snacks.
