INSTANT SUJI ANARSA

 


Prep Time  :  15 mins
Cooking Time  :  25 mins
Serve  : 6 - 8

INGREDIENTS
Suji   -   1 cup
Sugar   -  1/2 cup
Green cardamom powder  -  1/4 tsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Clarified butter   -  2 - 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil  -  for frying

METHOD
Heat two cup of milk in a pan.
Add 1 cup suji ,1/2 cup sugar and 2 tsp clarified butter and mix well.
Stir continuously till mixture leave the side of the pan.
Once cooled,add  mix well
Divide the suji mixture into small parts.
To make a flat patties of medium thickness
Coat them with sesame seeds
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the anarsa golden and crispy.
Serve hot with tea.
