INGREDIENTS
Chicken pieces - 500 gms
Chopped onion - 3
Chopped tomato - 2
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Green chilly - 3
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Whole black pepper - 4 - 5
Cloves - 4 - 5
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Mace - 1 piece
Salt - to taste
Mustard oil - 1/2 cup
METHOD
Take a blender add green chilly.ginger paste,garlic paste and tomato and make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan and whole garam masala to crackle now add chopped onion and saute until transparent
Add ginger garlic ,green chill and tomato paste and mix well,cook well till raw flavors go.
Add all dry ingredients like coriander powder,red chilly powder, turmeric powder and mix well
Now add chicken and cook on high for 5 mins.
Add curd and mix well now add kashmiri red chilly powder and mix well
Cover it and cook in a slow flame until oil leaves the pan.
Add one cup of water and salt and cook for five mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with laccha paratha
