PANEER MAKHANI

Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Paneer  -  250 gms
Finely chopped onion  -  1
Garlic cloves  -  2
Green chilly  -  1
Ginger  -  i inch stick
Cloves  -  2
White pepper - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala  -  1 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder   -   1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Almonds - 2 - 3
Cashew nuts - 2 - 3
Sugar  -  1/2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Butter  -  1 tbsp
Cream - 1 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves  -  1 tbsp

METHOD
Take a blender add curd,almonds,cashew nuts,,green chilly,red chilly powder,turmeric powderred chilly powder,coriander powder,cloves,garlic cloves,ginger and sugar and blend it to make paste.
Heat clarified butter in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle
Add onion  paste mixture and saute until dark brown.
Add cream and garam masala powder and mix well.
Add one cup of milk and stir continuously now add one cup of water and bring to boil
Take butter in another pan and add paneer and cook in a slow flame,
Sprinkle salt ,roasted cumin seeds powder and turn off the paneer log and cook for few mins and turn off the flame.
Cut the paneer into cubes and add paneer cubes and salt in the pan and cook for five mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
