PYAAZ KI SUBZI


Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Chopped onion - 3
Besan - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Green chilly - 2
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

METHODDry roast the besan when it gets nice aroma turn off the flame and strain it
Wash and chop the onions
Heat oil in a pan add asafoetida and cumin seeds to crackle.
Add green chilly and onion and cook on medium heat until caramelized color.
Now add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and coriander powder and mix well.
Add salt and amchur powder and mix well.
Now add roasted besan and mix well.
Turn off the flame serve hot with paratha.
