DALIA POPPERS


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve: 4

INGREDIENTS
Boiled dalia - 1/2 cup
Boiled n mashed potato - 1
Chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
Chopped onion -  2 tbsp
Chopped green chilly - 2
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste paste - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Fresh bread - 4 slices
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Roasted sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Green chutney - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Add bread slices in the blender  and blend to make bread crumb.
Boil dalia in a pressure cooker with one cup of water,after 4 - 5 whistle turn off the flame.
Take a bowl add boiled dalia,potato,capsicum,onion,green chilly,salt,coriander leaves,black pepper,half bread crumbs and ginger garlic paste and mix well and make a dough.
Divide the dough into ball and make a round shape ball and coat with bread crumbs.
Keep in the fridge for an hour.
Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry the dalia poppers  until golden brown and crispy.
Dip the dalia ball into tomato ketchup and now dip in the green chutney and sprinkle some sesame seeds serve hot.
