KHATTI MEETHI MANGO CANDY

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 10

INGREDIENTS
Raw mango - 1
Jaggery - 1 cup
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Clarified butter - 1/2 tsp
Sugar powder - 1/2 cup

METHOD
Remove the skin of the mango and chop into small pieces.
Grate the mango,heat clarified butter in a pan add asafoetida and also add grated mango and saute until 4 - 5 mins now add grated jaggery and mix well.
Stir continuously until thick now add roasted cumin seeds powder,chat masala,black salt and salt and mix it well..
Now make a candy and coat with sugar powder and keep in the air tight container.
