SINGHARA CHAT

INGREDIENTS
Singhara - 250 gms
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Green chilly - 1
Sendha salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds  - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp



METHOD
Boil the singhara in a pressure cooker with one cup of water,after one whistle turn off the flame.
Once cooled,peel the skin of singhara and mash them.
Heat clarified butter in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle now add mashed singhara and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
Add sendha salt and black pepper powder  and mix well.
Add crushed ginger and chopped green chilly turn off the flame.
Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
