PUI SAAG RAITA

INGREDIENTS
Curd      -   1 cup
Chopped pui saag - 1 cup
Chopped onion - 1
Whole red chilly    -  1
Black mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder -     1/4 tsp
Black salt -  1/4 tsp
Salt   -   to taste
Oil - 1 tsp


METHOD
Beat the curd,add salt black salt and roasted cumin seeds powder  and mix well
Heat oil in a pan add black mustard seeds to splutter now add whole red chilly add chopped pui saag and stir for few seconds and add onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins and turn off the flame.
Serve chilled.
