SOYA FRIED RICE

 


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 50 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Soya - 1/2 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Oil - for frying
Boiled rice    -     1 cup
Chopped garlic  -  1 tsp
Chopped ginger  -  1 tsp
Finely chopped carrot    -  2 tbsp
Finely chopped cabbage     -   1/2 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum  -  2 tbsp
Finely chopped spring onion   -  2 tbsp
Whole red chilly  -  1
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Shezwan sauce - 1 tbsp
Hot and sweet chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
Oil   -   2 tbsp
Black pepper powder  -  1/4 tsp
Salt  - to taste

METHOD
Boil soya with salt and three cup of water for five mins. and strain it
Marinate soya with red chilly powder and ginger garlic paste
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the soya chunks and remove it.
Take one cup rice and two cup water in a pan and once boiled keep it in a low flame and cover it after ten mins rice is fully done and turn off the flame
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger garlic and whole onion and saute for one mins.
Add all the veggies and saute for two to three mins. in a high flame
Add boiled rice,salt and black pepper and toss it.
Add soya sauce,shezwan sauce and hot and sweet red chilly sauce and mix well
Serve hot with veg manchurian.
