INGREDIENTS
Soaked whole moong dal - 1/2 cup
Boiled n mashed potatoes - 2
Oats - 1/2 cup
Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Cloves - 2
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 1
Whole black pepper - 2 - 3
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Green chilly - 2
Catch red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Catch turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Catch coriander powder - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Clarified butter - for frying
METHOD
Wash and boil the whole moong dal in a pressure cooker with one cup of water after one whistle turn off the flame.once cooled to add the boiled whole moong dal in the blender with cloves,cinnamon, whole black pepper,ginger stick and green chilly and grind coarsely.
Take a bowl add boiled whole moong dal,boiled n mashed potatoes,oats,ginger and whole garam masala ,amchur powder and onion and mix well
Add coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness
Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the kabab in a medium flame.
