DAHI WALE ALOO KI SUBJI

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes - 250 gms
Finely chopped onion - 1
Thick curd - 1/2 cup
Coriander powder  - 1 tbsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly - 2 cut in slit
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

METHOD
Wash peel and cut the potatoes into four parts.
Prick with fork and deep fry it and,keep aside
Heat clarified butter in a pan,add cumin seeds to crackle now add onion and saute until transparent add ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins.
Take a bowl add curd,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,kashmiri red chilly powder,amchur powder and mix well
Add curd mixture and green chilly into the pan and stir continuously until oil leaves the pan.
Add salt and one cup of water and  bring to boil
Cover it and cook for  low flame for five mins now add fried potatoes and mash 3 - 4 fried potatoes and add in the pan.
Garnish with green coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapati
