BESAN LACCHA PARATHA

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour   -   1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 Cup
Clarified butter  -  1 cup
Salt  -  to taste
Besan - 1/2 cup
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Amchur powder  - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Carom - seeds - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp

METHOD
Take a bowl add besan,kashmiri red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,amchur powder,salt,carom seeds,onion seeds and hing and mix well,heat four tbsp clarified butter and add into the besan mixture and mix well.
Take a mixing bowl combine all purpose flour wheat flour,salt and 1 tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
With the help of water make a soft dough.
Cover it and keep aside 30 mins
Divide the dough into four parts.
Roll out dough into thin chapati spread besan mixture over it and roll out..
Roll it in a circle like swiss roll
On a heated pan make paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides.
Serve hot.
