BESAN MALAI BURFI

Serve : 8

INGREDIENTS
Gram flour  - 2 cup
Fresh malai - 1 cup
Sugar  - 1 cup
Clarified butter  -  2 tbsp
Water - 1/2cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Crushed almond  - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Take a bowl add gram flour and fresh malai and make a dough
Heat clarified butter in a pan add gram flour and malai dough and stir continuously for ten mins till it turns brown and give out the fragrance now turn off the flame.
Heat sugar and water in a pan, keep it medium flame for 10 mins.
When it gets sticky it means syrup is ready.
Add roasted gram flour and cardamom powder in it,.mix well.
Grease the plate  and pour the thick consistency of roasted gram flour and spreadoin the plate.
Add chopped almond on the top.
Set half an hour in the freeze now malai besan burfi is ready to eat
Cut into diamond shape and serve it.
