SPINACH COCONUT SOUP


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Chopped spinach  - 1 cup
Whole black pepper - 6
Finely chopped garlic  - 4 pods
Finely chopped onion  - 1
Olive oil  -  2 tbsp
Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Coconut milk  -  1 cup
Water  - 2 cup
Fried bread cubes  -  1/4 cup
Salt  - to taste

METHOD
Wash and chop spinach leaves.
Heat olive oil in a pan,add garlic and onion and saute for two mins.
Now add spinach leaves and cook for 4 - 5 mins.
Add salt and black pepper and turn off the flame.
Once cooled,grind to make a paste.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add spinach ,mixture,cumin seeds powder,coconut milk and water and mix well.
When soup get comes to boil ,sim the flame and cook for 4 - 5 mins
Garnish with bread cubes and serve hot.
