ORANGE CAKE


Prep Time : 20 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour  - 1/2 cup
Sugar  powder- 1/2 cup
 Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Orange zest - 1 tsp
Freshly squeeze orange juice  - 2 tbsp
Egg - 1
Butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence  - 1 tsp

METHOD
Preheat oven for 180.c
Sieve all purpose flour and baking powder.
Grate the orange zest.
Take a bowl add egg,sugar powder,milk,butter,vanilla essence,orange zest and orange juice and mix well.
Mix until light and fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for about twenty mins
Insert the toothpick and check the cake.
