BEANS TOMATO EGG DROP SOUP

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Finely chopped french beans  -  100 gms
Finely chopped tomatoes  -  2
Black pepper  -  1/2 tsp
Corn flour  -  2 tbsp
Egg - 2
Olive oil  - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped spring onion - 1
Finely chopped coriander leaves  - 1 tbsp
 Salt  -  to taste

METHOD
Boil four cup of water and add beans and tomato and boil it
Add salt and black pepper.
Corn flour add in the half cup of cold water and mix in the pan.
Break the egg and mix it.
Add olive oil,spring onion and green coriander leaves and serve hot.
