EGG FRIED RICE



Prep Time       :15 mins
Cooking Time  :15 mins

INGREDIENTS
Boiled rice   -  1 cup
Egg        -  3
Soy sauce    - 1 tsp
Chilly sauce      -1 tsp
Tomato sauce    -  1
Onion    -  2 tbsp
French beans  - 2 tbsp
Cabbage - 2 tbsp
Ginger, garlic paste  - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds  - a pinch
Salt  -  to taste
Oil    - 2 tbsp

METHOD
       Heat oil in a wok.
 Add cumin seeds to crackle
.Add ginger, garlic paste saute till light brown.
 Add onion,french beans,cabbage n saute for 4-5 mins
.Add chilly sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce
Add egg salt boile,rice and little amount of water and saute for 5 mins.
  Serve with raita.
