RAGI MASALA CHAAS

INGREDIENTS
Ragi flour - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 cup

Curd - 1 cup
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Mint leaves - 1 tbsp
Water - 1 cup

For tempering

Ghee - 1 tbsp

Black mustard seeds - 1 tbsp

Curry leaves - 10


METHOD
Take a pan add ragi flour and one cup of water and mix it well without any lumps.
I used sprouted ragi flour.
Cook this ragi mixture in low flame until porridge consistency.
Once cooked turn off the flame and allow this to cool completely.
Take a blender add curd,black salt,salt,roasted cumin seeds powder,mint leaves,chat masala and blend it.
Add this cool ragi mixture and blend it nicely.
Add one cup of water and mix it well.
Ragi masala chaas is ready.

Heat ghee in a pan add black mustard seeds and curry leaves and tempered the chaas
