INGREDIENTS
Chopped boiled eggs - 4
Chopped onion - 1
Chopped tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Egg - 1
METHOD
Chopped the boiled eggs.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
Add onion and fry till light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins.
Add coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and two tbsp water and saute for few seconds.
Add chopped tomato and mix well.
Add boiled and chopped eggs and mix it well.
Add one cup of water.
Cover and cook in a low flame.
Cook for 6 - 7 mins.
Add garam masala powder and turn off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves now take a egg and make a poach.
Pour the boiled egg bhurji mixture into the serving and at the top add the poach and serve hot.
