WATERMELON RIND SWEET CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS
Watermelon rind - 2 cup
Vinegar - 1 cup
Sugar - 1.5 cup
Water - 1 cup
Crushed ginger - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

METHOD
Cut the outer skin of the watermelon,cut into one inch pieces.
Take a pan add watermelon rind,vinegar,salt,sugar,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and water and bring to boil in a medium flame until thick and watermelon rind is transparent.
Turn off the flame.
