INGREDIENTS
Gram flour/besan - 1 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - 4 tbsp
Black mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Green chillies - 3
Eno fruit salt - 1tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
METHOD
Take bowl mix together gram flour,yogurt,sugar,salt lemon juice,one tsp oil and1/2 cup of water to make a smooth paste.
Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Add eno fruit salt in the dhokla mixture just before making dhokla and mix well.
Pour the batter in a greased mug ,put one mug at a time and microwave high for three mins
Repeat the process and cook another mug.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds ,once it crackled add the grenn chillies,sesame seeds,2 tsp sugar,coriander leaves and 1/4 cup of water and turn off the flame and pour over the mug dhokla
Serve hot.
