INGREDIENTS
Grated watermelon white portion -250 gms
Rawa - 1 tbsp
Besan - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Mawa - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Crushed almonds - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Cherry - for garnishing
METHOD
Wash and chop the watermelon rind and blend in the blender
Heat clarified butter in a pan add rawa and besan and saute until dark brown
Now add watermelon and saute for 20 mins in simmmer.or oil leaves the sides of the pan.
Add sugar,mawa and cardamom powder and mix it well.
Add cashew nuts,almonds and raisins and mix well.
Garnish with cashew nuts and cherry.
