KULKUL GOAN SWEETS


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 6

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 2 cup
Suji - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Sugar powder - 60 gms
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Oil - for frying
Milk - 1/2 cup

METHOD
Take a large bowl combine all purpose flour,semolina,sugar powder,clarified butter and salt.
With the help of milk knead the dough,keep aside for 30 mins.
Divide the dough into balls,flatten the ball to the back of the fork,pressing lightly to roll the curls.
Roll the rectangle from one side to another with your fingers.
Seal the edges place it on a lightly floured plate.
In the same way use all the dough to make kulkuls
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry kulkuls in small batches.
