POTATO RING





Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Boiled potatoes - 2
Rava - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chilly flax - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying

METHOD
Take a blender add rava and blend to make fine powder.
Heat a pan add rava and saute for two to three mins in a low flame,now add cumin seeds,salt,chilly flax,coriander leaves,1.2 cup water and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
Make a soft dough,grate the boiled potatoes and add in the rava dough and mix well.
Add 2 tbsp corn flour and mix well.
Grease the rolling pin and roll the dough like chapati and cut the ring shape with the help of  cookies cutter
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry  the potato ring on low flame until golden and crispy in small batches
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
