YELLOW MOONG DAL KABAB


Prep Time  : 30 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Soaked yellow moong dal  -  1/2 cup
Chopped onion  -   2 tbsp
Cloves  -  2
Black cardamom  -  1
Green cardamom  - 1
Black pepper powder - 1/4
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger  -  1 inch stick
Green chilly  -  2
Red chilly powder  -  1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/4 tsp
Coriander powder  -  1 tsp
Amchur powder  -  1/4 tsp
Bread slice  -  4
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -   for frying

METHOD
Soak yellow moong dal for 3 - 4 hours and make a coarse paste of two tbsp soaked yellow moong dal,green chilly,ginger and whole garam masala
Take a bowl add  moong dal,ginger ,green chilly and whole garam masala and yellow moong dal paste,amchur powder and onion and mix well
Add ,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
Cut  the edges of the bread and mix well.
Shape each ball to cylendrcial type
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kabab in a medium flame serve hot with tomato ketchup
